Hand over your circles first
You are signed in as , and you are the only person who can manage these care circles:
In the EveryCare app, open each circle and give someone else permission to manage it, so the people you care for are not left without a coordinator. Then check again.
Delete ?
This permanently deletes your account, your notes and messages, and your place in every care circle.
These care profiles and all of their records are deleted too:
Your account has been deleted
Everything described below has been removed, and you have been signed out. Thank you for using EveryCare.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in, your name, email address and phone number.
- Your notes and messages, in every care circle.
- Your notification settings, your notification inbox, and the phones registered to it.
- Your place in every care circle, and invitations you sent that were not yet accepted.
- If you are the senior, or the last member of a circle: that senior's profile and all of its care records.
What is kept
When other people still look after the same senior, doses, tasks and appointments you recorded for them stay in the senior's history so the circle keeps an accurate record, but they are no longer linked to your name.
Deleted information is removed from our backups within 30 days. Notifications about you that were already delivered to other people's phones stay on those phones until they clear them.
If you run a care circle
If you are the only person who can manage a care circle that other people still use, give one of them permission to manage it first. EveryCare will tell you which circles this applies to.
