Privacy Policy
Effective 28 September 2026
EveryCare helps seniors, families and professional caregivers look after the same person together. This policy explains what information EveryCare handles, why, who can see it, and the choices you have.
The short version
- Care information is visible only to the people in that senior's care circle, and only as far as their permissions allow.
- We do not sell your information, show ads, or use care information for advertising.
- The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- You can delete your account yourself at any time, in the app or on our website, and ask to see, correct or export your information by writing to privacy@everycare.app.
1. Who we are
EveryCare is provided by Truelogics, Islamabad, Pakistan ("we", "us"). Truelogics is responsible for the personal information handled through the EveryCare apps and this website. For anything about privacy, write to privacy@everycare.app.
2. Information we handle
What we hold depends on how you use EveryCare.
- Your account: your name and email address, and optionally a phone number. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address from them (with Apple you can choose to share a private relay address instead). Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider; we never see them.
- Senior profiles: the name of the person being cared for and, if you add them, their date of birth, phone number, address, emergency contact details and timezone.
- Care circles: who belongs to each circle, their role (the senior, family member or professional caregiver), their permissions, and the email addresses invitations are sent to.
- Care records: medications (name, dosage, instructions and schedule) and which doses were taken or skipped and by whom; tasks and routines; appointments, including the provider, location and notes; care notes; care-circle messages; emergency alerts and who responded to them; daily check-ins; and the activity history that records who did what and when.
- Notifications and devices: your notification settings, and for each phone you sign in on, a device identifier, the platform, the app version and a push token used to deliver notifications.
- Technical logs: our servers record each request's time, type, outcome and duration so we can keep the service running and fix faults. These logs do not contain the content of care records, and identifiers such as invitation links are removed from them.
- On your phone: the app keeps a copy of the care information you can see, so it works without a signal, and keeps your sign-in session in the phone's secure storage. Both are removed when you sign out.
EveryCare does not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera input, or advertising identifiers.
Medications, appointments, care notes and emergency alerts can reveal information about someone's health. We treat all care records as sensitive, and they are only ever shown to people with a care relationship to that senior.
3. How we use it
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To show care information to the members of each care circle, according to their permissions.
- To send the reminders, alerts and messages you and your circle have set up, including emergency alerts and missed check-in alerts.
- To save changes made without a signal and send them when you are back online.
- To keep the service secure, prevent misuse, and diagnose and fix problems.
- To answer your support and privacy requests.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, build marketing profiles from it, or use care information to train AI models.
4. Legal bases
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, such as in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we rely on:
- Our contract with you, to provide the service you signed up for.
- Your explicit consent, for health-related information you choose to enter. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting that information or your account.
- Our legitimate interests in keeping the service secure and working, where those interests are not outweighed by yours.
- Legal obligations, where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.
5. Who can see it
Your care circle
Everything in a care circle is shared with that circle's active members, as far as each member's permissions allow. People who manage a circle can invite members, change their permissions and remove them. Removing someone ends their access immediately. Professional caregivers see only what they have been given access to.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run EveryCare. Each receives only what its job requires, and may not use it for anything else.
- Supabase: sign-in and the database where care records are stored.
- DigitalOcean: hosting for the EveryCare server.
- Expo, Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging: delivering notifications to your phone. The short text of each notification passes through them.
- Apple and Google: signing in, if you choose Sign in with Apple or Google.
- Vercel: hosting this website.
Anyone else
We disclose information to others only when the law requires it, when it is needed to protect someone's life or safety, or as part of a merger or sale of Truelogics' business, in which case this policy continues to apply and we will tell you before anything changes.
6. International transfers
Truelogics is based in Pakistan, and our providers may store and process information in other countries, including the United States and member states of the European Union. Where the law requires safeguards for these transfers, we rely on those our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Your account and care records are kept for as long as your account is active, because the circle relies on an accurate history.
- Copies of notifications in the in-app inbox are deleted after 30 days.
- Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
- When you delete your account, it is deleted straight away, and removed from our backups within 30 days.
Care records are shared by a circle. If you delete your account while other people still look after the same senior, the doses, tasks and appointments you recorded for them stay in that senior's history so the circle keeps an accurate record, but they are no longer linked to your name. Your notes and messages are deleted. If you are the senior, or the last member of the circle, the senior's profile and all of its records are deleted. If you are the only person who can manage a circle others still use, you are asked to hand it over first. The details are on the account deletion page.
8. Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong (much of it you can also edit in the app);
- send you your information in a portable format;
- delete your information or your account;
- stop or limit a particular use of your information; and
- withdraw consent you have given.
Write to privacy@everycare.app from the email address on your account, so we can confirm it is you. We reply within 30 days, and there is no charge.
You can delete your account yourself, in the app under Settings or on our website. In the app you can also turn each kind of reminder on or off, leave a care circle, and change what members of your circle can see. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
9. Security
Information travels encrypted between the app and our servers. Access is checked on the server for every request against the person's care relationship and permissions. Sign-in sessions are kept in the phone's secure storage. No system is perfectly secure, so if you find a weakness, please tell us at privacy@everycare.app.
10. Children
EveryCare is made for coordinating the care of older adults and is not directed at children. There is no minimum age, but anyone under 13, or under the age of digital consent where they live, should use EveryCare only with a parent or guardian's permission. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has given us information without your permission, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page, at everycare.app/privacy, with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
