Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Truelogics, Islamabad, Pakistan, for using the EveryCare apps and website. By creating an account or using EveryCare, you agree to them.

1. What EveryCare is

EveryCare is a tool for coordinating care: medications, tasks, appointments, notes, messages, alerts and check-ins, shared between a senior and the people who help them. EveryCare is free to use.

2. Not medical advice

The information in EveryCare is entered by the people using it. EveryCare does not check it, and nothing in the app is medical advice. Always follow the instructions of the doctors, pharmacists and other professionals involved in someone's care. Reminders are a help, not a substitute for looking after medication and appointments yourself.

3. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Anyone under 13, or under the age of digital consent where they live, may use EveryCare only with a parent or guardian's permission.

4. Care circles

• Only invite people you trust. Members see what their permissions allow, and those who manage a circle can change those permissions or remove members at any time.
• If you add information about someone else, such as the senior you care for, make sure you have their permission, or the legal authority to act for them.
• Professional caregivers remain responsible for their own professional and legal obligations. EveryCare does not replace them.

5. Your content

What you put into EveryCare remains yours. You allow Truelogics to store, process and show it to the members of your care circle only as needed to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use EveryCare to:

• break the law, or harass, threaten or deceive anyone;
• access, or try to access, care information you have not been given;
• raise emergency alerts you know to be false;
• interfere with the service or its security, or overload it; or
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep EveryCare available and your records safe, but we cannot promise the service will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features, and will give notice of significant changes where we reasonably can.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using EveryCare and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk, and will tell you why unless the law or someone's safety prevents it.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, EveryCare is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including that reminders or alerts will be delivered on time or at all.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Truelogics is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by a reminder or alert that was delayed or not delivered, or by information entered by users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or removes rights you have as a consumer where you live.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

12. App stores

If you downloaded EveryCare from Apple's App Store or Google Play, these terms apply alongside that store's own terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for EveryCare or for supporting it.

13. Changes to these terms

We will post changes on this page with a new effective date, and tell you in the app or by email before significant changes take effect. Continuing to use EveryCare after that means you accept the new terms.
